Senior Graphic Designer

Schedule:

  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break  | Client Timezone: Los Angeles, CA

Sr. Graphic Designer 

The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for developing & executing visually compelling and impactful designs that represent the company’s brand identity across digital, print and multimedia assets. The ideal candidate will have passion for design, an excellent eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple projects with a high degree of responsibility. In this position, you'll dive into a multifaceted role that encompasses graphic design and multimedia content creation, with a special focus on ad creative production for digital channels. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create a range of graphic materials including: print and digital ads, presentation decks, execution guides, packaging, signage, and other marketing collateral based on strategies set by creative leadership

  • Maintain the brand style and voice across branded content 

  • Video production, especially for digital ad campaigns

  • Photo/video editing, formatting and retouching 

  • Print and digital asset management

  • Ensure that print assets are properly set up for print production

  • Ensure that digital assets are properly set up for digital execution

  • Package and deliver content for print and digital in a timely and relevant manner, and distribute as necessary

  • Collaborate with the Creative & Marketing teams to develop and execute creative initiatives for marketing materials & campaigns, and new visual assets that support organizational goals

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional design work experience 

  • Excellent eye for good design, typography, color theory and image selection 

  • Expert knowledge of print & digital technologies, processes and production

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)

  • Skilled experience with video editing tools (especially Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut)

  • Skilled experience with Microsoft 365 (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

  • Solid experience with asset / project management systems (such as Dropbox, SharePoint, Asana)

  • Working experience with email marketing systems (such as Klaviyo, MyEmma, Mailchimp)

  • Ability to contribute to all stages of the creative development process from research & concept to design & final production

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines 

  • Impeccable attention to detail and a pulse on current and trending design styles 

  • Demonstrate exceptional creative problem-solving skills, adapting to feedback and evolving project requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field

  • Open to learning new platforms and technology

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled experience in creating and editing motion graphics

  • Working experience with AI tools (such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Gemini, Kling)

  • Web design, CSS & HTML experience

 

Minimum Computer Specs

  • Ability to run Adobe Creative Cloud 2026 apps, particularly the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro (software access will be provided once hired)

  • Processor: Apple M2 Chip or later preferred; minimum 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7

  • Memory: 16 GB or more of RAM

  • macOS: Machine not older than 2020, with the ability to update to Ventura 13.4 or later
