  • (40 hours per week); Tuesday through Saturday schedule; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description: 

You’ll take ownership of critical inventory operations for an established Amazon business, playing a key role in maintaining smooth e-commerce operations. This is an opportunity to work directly with experienced business owners who value skilled virtual assistants and understand what it takes to build successful remote partnerships. You’ll have the autonomy to manage essential inventory functions while contributing to a business with a decade of marketplace success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive Amazon inventory tracking and optimization
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate performance reports
  • Handle inventory-related communications and vendor coordination
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support inventory planning and forecasting activities
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for inventory movements
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon inventory management requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and reporting
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule consistently
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Experience working in Western Australian or similar time zone preferred
  • Bonus if you have experience with inventory forecasting tools
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Amazon FBA processes and requirements
  • Previous virtual assistant experience in e-commerce is a plus
