Job Description: You’ll own the complete digital marketing strategy for two distinct but equally exciting businesses. This isn’t just another social media role – you’ll be building brands from the ground up while scaling established operations. You’ll have the autonomy to create comprehensive marketing campaigns, manage substantial advertising budgets, and see your work directly translate into business growth. The ideal candidate thrives on variety and enjoys the challenge of adapting strategies across different industries and target demographics.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) including verification and permissions
  • Create compelling static ad creative with branded graphics for targeted campaigns
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies
  • Optimize campaign performance through analytics and data-driven adjustments
  • Build new brands from concept to market launch with strategic content creation
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation sequences
  • Create content variations tailored to different target demographics (including age-specific campaigns)
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI across multiple business verticals
  • Handle advertising budget management up to $1,000+ per month per business

Requirements:

  • Proven portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable results
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating static ad content and branded materials
  • Knowledge of brand building strategies and market launch tactics
  • Strong analytics and optimization experience with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
  • Email marketing platform experience and automation setup
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have video content creation experience
  • It helps if you have experience in healthcare or fitness/recreation industries
