Technical SEO Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)
Break: 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

 

The Company is seeking a highly experienced SEO Specialist with a proven track record of driving measurable organic growth. This role is ideal for someone who can own SEO strategy end-to-end, confidently improving rankings, traffic, and conversions across multiple client websites.

You’ll work in a results-driven environment where performance, clarity, and execution matter. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and technical depth.

 

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and full site audits

  • Own on-page optimization including content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure

Technical SEO

  • Identify and implement technical SEO improvements

  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and site performance

  • Implement schema markup and resolve technical issues impacting visibility

Off-Page SEO

  • Plan and execute backlink and authority-building strategies

  • Monitor backlink profiles and mitigate potential risks

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools

  • Prepare clear monthly SEO reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations

Collaboration

  • Work closely with content writers to guide SEO-driven content creation

  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented correctly

 

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience

  • Proven success ranking competitive keywords and scaling organic traffic

  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and search algorithm updates

  • Experience managing SEO for multiple clients or within an agency environment

  • Comfortable learning and supporting GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) services

  • High proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with UK-based clients

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge

  • Local SEO experience
