GoHighLevel Paid Media Specialist

Schedule: 

  • 20 Hours per week

  • Flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns inside GoHighLevel

  • Create and manage high-converting funnels, landing pages, and forms tied directly to ad campaigns

  • Set up and optimize CRM automations (lead routing, follow-ups, SMS, email, pipelines)

  • Launch and manage ad creatives (copy direction, hooks, offers, CTAs — visuals may be provided or collaborated on)

  • Track and improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and lead quality

  • Integrate ads with call tracking, booking calendars, and AI/chat automations

  • Work specifically with construction, home service, and local service businesses (roofing, concrete, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

  • Provide clear performance reporting and optimization recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, pipelines, workflows)

  • Proven experience running Facebook & Instagram ads for local service businesses

  • Deep understanding of lead generation offers, local targeting, and conversion optimization

  • Ability to connect ads → landing pages → CRM → follow-up automations seamlessly

  • Experience working with construction or blue-collar service industries (highly preferred)

  • Strong communication and accountability — able to manage campaigns independently

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI, not vanity metrics

Years of Experience:

  • 3–5+ years in paid social ad management

  • 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience

  • Demonstrated results with home service or construction-based campaigns
