Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn Sales Navigator Focus)

Work Schedule: 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday and flexible during client business hours

Overview

We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist with deep, hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a primary prospecting tool. This role is highly specialized and focused on outbound B2B lead generation within the US automotive industry, targeting senior decision-makers.

This is not a general digital marketing role. Success in this position depends on your ability to strategically source, connect with, and nurture high-quality leads on LinkedIn.

Core Role & Time Allocation

  • 75% – LinkedIn Outbound Prospecting

    • Advanced use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and segment high-value prospects

    • Targeting senior-level decision-makers such as CFOs, General Managers, and Dealer Principals

    • Sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages

    • Managing lead lists, notes, and relationship stages within LinkedIn

    • Consistently nurturing prospects toward booked conversations

  • 25% – Brand Awareness & Lead Capture (Facebook & Instagram)

    • Managing and optimizing targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

    • Supporting brand presence through basic community engagement

    • Capturing and organizing inbound leads generated from social campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator

  • Build and maintain clean, segmented prospect lists

  • Personalize outreach to improve connection and response rates

  • Track outreach activity and basic performance metrics

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and targeting

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven, expert-level experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (non-negotiable)

  • Strong understanding of outbound B2B prospecting strategies

  • Experience targeting senior decision-makers in a B2B environment

  • Clear, professional written communication skills

  • Experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

Nice to Have

  • Experience in or exposure to the US automotive industry is a huge plus

  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking

  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification

Important Notes

  • This role does not involve Google Ads, SEO, or multi-platform digital marketing

  • Candidates without hands-on LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience will not be considered

  • The primary KPI for this role is qualified conversations booked, not vanity metrics
