Responsibilities

• Handle password resets and username recovery for customers

• Process customer upgrade requests through phone consultations

• Direct customers to appropriate credit bureaus when needed

• Provide basic information and guidance about credit reports and platform services

• Maintain professional communication standards representing the company’s mission

• Support customers through three primary service areas with clear guidance

• Build rapport with customers during their financial journey

• Contribute to a positive, educational customer experience

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required

• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally

• Ability to learn and explain basic credit report concepts

• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet connection

• Bonus: background in credit monitoring, finance, or related financial services

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.
