Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Reputation & Dispute Specialist to handle the high-volume removal of illegitimate negative reviews through a blend of technical data management and high-level persuasive writing. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who can use Generative AI to work faster and smarter.

In this role, you will not just follow templates—you will use Generative AI to analyze the "why" behind a review and craft compelling, policy-based legal and logical arguments to ensure their removal. You will be responsible for scaling a high-volume dispute process while maintaining a sophisticated brand voice.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

AI-Enhanced Dispute Drafting: Utilize Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to draft, refine, and "humanize" dispute templates. You must be able to prompt AI to identify specific policy violations (e.g., "Conflict of Interest" or "Spam") and generate persuasive rebuttals tailored to each platform's unique criteria.

High-Volume Dispute Execution: Process and submit a minimum of 100 disputes per day, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed within daily deadlines.

Strategic Removal Operations: Execute high-volume removal goals—e.g., removing 100+ illegitimate negative comments or photos every week.

Template Optimization: Continuously A/B test and refine a "living library" of dispute strategies using AI to see which arguments (emotional vs. technical) yield higher success rates with platform moderators.

Sentiment & Pattern Analysis: Use AI tools to scan and analyze thousands of reviews for suspicious patterns, such as repetitive wording or bot-driven spikes, to flag content for removal before it impacts the client's rating.

Salesforce Administration: Maintain rigorous daily records in Salesforce, accurately marking removed content and providing data-driven reports on reputation trends and removal ROI.

Platform Policy Expert: Stay ahead of frequent algorithm and policy updates on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Trustpilot to ensure all AI-generated disputes remain compliant and effective.

 

 


 

Qualifications & Competencies

AI Proficiency: Proven experience using generative AI for business writing. Must understand how to write complex prompts to achieve specific tones, logical flows, and policy-aligned arguments.

Creative & Persuasive Writing: Exceptional English writing skills. You can "read between the lines" of a review to find the specific policy leverage needed for removal. (please declare relevant writing experiences on the application)

Analytical Mindset: Ability to treat review data as product feedback, identifying recurring technical or service issues through sentiment analysis.

Detail-Oriented & Savvy: Strong attention to detail to ensure AI-generated content is accurate and free of "hallucinations" before submission.

Self-Managed Productivity: Ability to work independently in a back-end, results-focused environment while meeting strict daily quotas. Time management is vital to the role.

Organizational Discipline: You don't just "submit and forget." You possess the follow-through necessary to chase prioritized disputes until they are resolved.

 

 


 

Technical Toolkit

AI Platforms: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude for content generation.

CRM: Salesforce for tracking and reporting.

Productivity: Google Suite (Sheets, Docs)

Reputation Tools: Experience with tools like Birdeye, Sprout Social, or AppFollow is a plus.
