Job Description:
You’ll be the voice of a dynamic moving company, playing a crucial role in customer satisfaction and business growth. This position offers variety and impact – from building partnerships with real estate agents to ensuring customers have smooth moving experiences. You’ll work with a team that values efficiency, clear communication, and going above and beyond for clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents to build strategic partnerships and promote services
- Handle inbound customer support calls and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Send timely reminder emails to customers about upcoming moves and important logistics
- Review contracts with customers to ensure understanding of terms and procedures
- Manage and update training materials and operational processes
- Gather and organize information to support various business operations
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline daily operations
- Communicate with existing customers to coordinate bookings and ensure service excellence
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport with prospects
- Basic computer skills for email management and administrative tasks
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Bonus if you have customer service experience in service industries
- It helps if you have an American accent, though clear English communication is the priority
