Responsibilities:

Manage QuickBooks bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial records

Track and allocate material expenses by individual construction projects/jobs

Process and record wire transfers to subcontractors in the books

Create weekly spending reports showing material costs and income
-
Generate profit and loss reports for business analysis

Handle integration between the company’s CRM system and QuickBooks
-
Track financing from finance companies for customer projects
-
Monitor expected funding and cash flow from various financing sources

Balance books and ensure tax-ready financial records

Support general administrative tasks as the business grows
Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks software

Experience with job-based expense tracking and allocation

Understanding of the construction industry accounting preferred

Ability to work with CRM systems and software integrations

Strong attention to detail for financial accuracy

Experience with wire transfers and contractor payments preferred

Remote work from Philippines or Colombia

Working in client’s time zone (Pacific Time - California) | 1pm to 5pm PST California

Initial focus on organizing existing QuickBooks setup and ongoing bookkeeping
