Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing & Sales Support Associate, you will be the operational “engine room” that enables the company’s growth. You will support the lifecycle of AI learning delivery, ensure content is cutting-edge and compelling, and assist sales and business development teams with high-quality research and ABM support.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy digital marketer with strong English, strong organisational skills, and the curiosity to adopt and leverage AI tools. The company provides training, tools and structured procedures while expecting an excellence mindset, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Delivery & Operations (≈50%)
Own the operational lifecycle of the firm’s learning experiences:
- Maintain version control of decks and materials using Google Drive
- Refresh slide content, visuals and data with research and strong English writing
- Coordinate schedules across CEO + multiple trainers across regions
- Send pre-work material, manage MS Teams links and handle session logistics
- Provide live event support (Q&A in chat, timing, technical coordination)
- Maintain community engagement groups for attendees post-training
- Perform final formatting, quality and branding checks before delivery
- Ensure correct partner logos, templates and versions are distributed
2. AI-enabled Content Development (≈25%)
Use AI tools to accelerate content creation with strong human editing:
- Transform draft topics/news into thought leadership blogs (~600 words)
- Convert Insights into LinkedIn posts to drive impressions & engagement
- Research and document AI use cases following company frameworks
- Publish content on WordPress using Divi + RankMath for SEO
- Perform image/video edits in Canva, ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct quality control: facts, tone, structure, formatting & references
3. Sales & ABM Support (≈25%)
Support the sales pipeline and outbound efforts:
- Conduct prospect and industry research for target accounts
- Identify decision-makers (“buying committee”) via LinkedIn & AI tools
- Assist with personalisation of pitch materials & insights for outreach
- Support outbound messaging, sequences and follow-up scheduling
- Track leads, meetings and CRM data (HubSpot)
- Assist CEO/BD team across UK, Netherlands & Australia regions
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (social, SEO, content, online events, etc.)
- Excellent English writing and editing for technical/professional audiences
- Comfort using AI writing tools for research & generation (training provided)
