Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to new leads and prospects

Follow up with leads the sales team has been unable to reach for at least one week

Conduct qualifying conversations to assess business growth readiness and investment capacity

Ask targeted qualifying questions regarding monthly investment willingness and business goals

Schedule qualified appointments for the three-person sales team using Calendly
-
Handle all customer-facing interactions with professionalism and efficiency
-
Manage non-voice communications, including emails and text messages, through automated systems

Contact existing customers experiencing billing declines to support account recovery, as needed

Update and maintain accurate lead information in Salesforce CRM
-
Use Google Workspace for internal communication and collaboration
Requirements
-
2–5 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar customer-facing role
-
Experience in SaaS or related industries is preferred

Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude

Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence

Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools

Availability to work during Arizona business hours

Customer-service mindset with strong sales aptitude
