Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for both casual and permanent staff

Manage invoicing and accounts receivable

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and record financial transactions

Reconcile accounts and prepare financial data for the external accountant

Manage onboarding paperwork for new employees

Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

Proficiency with Xero accounting software (essential)

Experience with payroll processing and employment compliance

Understanding of Australian tax and employment regulations (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management

Ability to work independently and meet recurring deadlines

Experience collaborating with external accounting firms is a plus
