Role Name: Digital Marketing Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Pacific

Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind a real estate team’s digital marketing transformation. This role puts you at the center of building their online presence from Instagram management to community engagement strategies. You’ll work directly with the team to create compelling marketing materials, manage email campaigns, and help establish their voice in specialized real estate communities. Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Instagram presence with engaging content and strategic posting
• Create professional marketing flyers and promotional materials using Canva
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through Flowdesk
• Build and optimize landing pages to capture and convert leads
• Research and implement Reddit marketing strategy for community engagement
• Support overall digital marketing strategy for probate sales specialization
• Coordinate content across multiple social media platforms as the business expands
• Collaborate directly with real estate professionals to align marketing with sales goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Instagram management and social media marketing (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic design and marketing materials
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Flowdesk experience is a bonus)
• Understanding of landing page creation and conversion optimization
• Excellent written communication skills and creative content development
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bonus if you have experience with Reddit marketing and community engagement
• It helps if you have real estate or property marketing background
• Bonus if you’re familiar with sensitive client communication (probate/estate sales)
