Marketing Operations and Executive Assistant

Job overview 

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to design, implement, and optimize scalable lead generation systems. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution, supporting outreach, messaging, marketing operations, and process documentation across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for developing clear target market definitions and messaging frameworks, executing multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn and email), and translating complex business value propositions into compelling prospect-facing communication. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to continuously refine lead generation strategies while maintaining consistent, ongoing outreach.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4 hours per day or Monday to Thursday 5 hours per day flexible within client business hours (9am to 5pm EST)

Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive lead generation systems including target market definition and messaging strategy
  • Develop core messaging frameworks and various message variations for different prospect segments
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including LinkedIn messaging and email outreach
  • Synthesize and absorb complex business messaging to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Manage scheduling links and coordinate prospect meetings
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to refine and optimize lead generation approaches
  • Execute ongoing outreach activities while maintaining strategic oversight
  • SOPs - Assist with creation of SOPs and templates incorporating the use of AI (possibly Scribe)
  • Review files of various types (videos, docs, pdfs) to organize and create resource library with consistent naming protocols and methods for ease of retrieval
  • Support with event execution including set up of Zoom webinars, creating landing pages on Zoom and website, import of registrant information from Zoom into Zoho CRM, email outreach via Zoho and Contact.
  •  Marketing support around social media and email marketing.

Requirements:

  • Higher caliber professional capable of strategic thinking and system creation
  • Strong communication skills for both written and verbal prospect engagement
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to understand and synthesize complex business messaging
  • Experience working with professional service firms or B2B environments preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience with CRM tools
