Job Highlights

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Time

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to qualified prospects from provided CSV databases and skip-traced lists

  • Use proven scripts to introduce the company as a local land buyer and assess selling interest

  • Document detailed call outcomes, prospect responses, and requirements in spreadsheets

  • Identify and highlight interested prospects, capturing pricing expectations and sale contingencies

  • Meet daily dial quotas and lead generation targets

  • Maintain accurate records of call attempts, outcomes, and follow-up needs

  • Potentially expand responsibilities to include CRM data entry and lead management

  • Collaborate directly with the business owner for guidance and strategy refinement


Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly phone presence

  • Resilience to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheet management and data entry

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional work environment

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting daily performance metrics

  • Bonus if experienced with CRM systems or real estate lead generation

  • Familiarity with rural property markets or land development is a plus


Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
