Responsibilities:

Create and publish 3 posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (1 video and 2 static posts weekly)

Develop and maintain content calendars for upcoming months with different themes and topics

Engage with followers through comments, interactions, and community building activities

Create interactive story posts to boost engagement and community connection

Collaborate with UGC (User Generated Content) creators and incorporate their content into the brand’s content strategy

Design graphics and create fresh visual content that aligns with brand aesthetics
-
Utilize existing content backlog while creating new, original content
-
Run social media advertising campaigns when needed
-
Schedule posts to go live at optimal times (around 9 AM CST)

Build and grow follower base while driving traffic and sales to the website
Requirements:

Familiarity with the beauty industry/skin care preferred
-
Strong creative skills with ability to understand and maintain brand image and aesthetics

Experience with YouTube Shorts is a plus

Portfolio demonstrating previous social media management work (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools

Experience with community management and follower engagement

Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management

Understanding of optimal posting times and social media best practices
Scope:

4 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Fixed schedule: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM CST
