Join an established telecommunications company as it expands into B2B sales across multiple retail locations in Canada’s capital. This growing business is building its first dedicated B2B division from the ground up—offering you a rare opportunity to help shape a new revenue channel and directly influence the company’s expansion strategy.

You’ll be the driving force behind this new B2B initiative, identifying and qualifying potential business clients who could benefit from improved mobile device solutions. This isn’t just lead generation—you’ll be laying the foundation for an entirely new sales channel. Working closely with leadership, you’ll help establish processes, hit early targets, and validate a model that can scale significantly. Your success will directly fuel both company growth and your own career progression.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make targeted outbound calls to businesses with five or more mobile devices currently using competitor services

  • Navigate gatekeepers and connect directly with decision-makers

  • Qualify prospects and identify businesses open to improved mobile solutions

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

  • Provide daily reporting on outreach activity and conversion metrics

  • Focus on businesses that operationally rely on mobile devices and match the ideal customer profile

  • Develop and refine calling scripts and qualification processes as the division evolves

  • Capture competitor insights and market opportunities during prospect conversations

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold calling with measurable results

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently reach decision-makers past gatekeepers

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone presence

  • Experience in telecommunications or the mobile device industry is a plus

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting daily and weekly targets

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and lead-tracking tools

  • Experience competing against established providers in highly competitive markets is an advantage
