Guest Experience Specialist

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Perth time, with no break (8 hours per day/48 hours per week).

Guest Communication & Inbound Calls:

  • Respond promptly to guest and owner inquiries via messaging and calls.
  • Provide clear and professional assistance regarding check-ins, property details, and general concerns.
  • Troubleshoot guest issues and escalate when necessary.

​Review Management & Audits:

  • Review guest feedback and respond professionally to maintain our reputation.
  • Audit guest reviews for accuracy and fairness, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Investigate discrepancies and report any necessary actions.

​Incident Investigations:

  • Investigate reports of missing or damaged items in the property.
  • Cross-check booking details, guest records, and cleaning reports to determine responsibility.
  • Document findings and report back to management for resolution.

​Cleaning & Property Checks:

  • Review cleaning reports to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Flag any issues or inconsistencies with cleaning standards.
  • Communicate with the cleaning team to resolve concerns efficiently

Requirements:

  • Excellent Writing Skills: Strong written communication skills and the ability to write personalized emails to customers. Showcase a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
  • Independent Work Ability: Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Show self-motivation and take initiative when required.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find effective solutions. Be resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges that may arise.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively and internal staff members. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all communication channels.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computers and online tools, including email platforms, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), and project management software.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
