You’ll be the engine behind a thriving career coaching business, directly impacting lead generation and client acquisition through structured LinkedIn outreach and social media coordination. Responsibilities

Execute targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaigns using Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients

Manage monthly webinar invitation campaigns through systematic LinkedIn outreach

Handle LinkedIn inbox management, responding to messages and connection requests on behalf of the business owner

Coordinate social media posting across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using pre-written content

Schedule and organize reposts of high-performing content from the past three months

Create engaging Instagram Stories using provided images and write accompanying copy

Follow detailed templates and checklists for all outreach and social media activities

Support general administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly

Execute process-driven workflows that directly impact lead conversion and client acquisition
Requirements

Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation and Sales Navigator for B2B outreach

Strong background in social media management, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Administrative assistant experience to support organizational and operational tasks

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow systematic, repeatable processes

Comfort working with repetitive, template-driven tasks and established workflows
