The company is a DTC lifestyle brand serving digital nomads and remote professionals. We operate a structured, performance-driven content engine across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and paid social ads.

This role exists to execute high-quality, on-brand social content with increasing autonomy, speed, and reliability over time. The focus is not on hours worked, but on what ships, on time, and aligned to brand standards.

This position is designed for an execution-focused operator, not a task-taker. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in structured environments, takes ownership without reminders, communicates proactively, and can translate strategy into consistent output.

The role operates on a phased output model, where expectations scale as brand familiarity, quality, and reporting discipline are proven. Candidates who require frequent direction, loose structure, or repeated follow-ups will not succeed in this environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design clean, on-brand visual assets for social media across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and paid ads.

  • Write concise, brand-aligned captions, hooks, and hashtags that support engagement and conversions.

  • Execute content according to the phased output model, scaling volume and complexity as reliability and quality are proven.

  • Deliver all Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 outputs on schedule, without reminders or follow-ups.

  • Maintain strict brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging across platforms.

  • Translate strategy and creative direction into execution independently, without requiring hand-holding.

  • Submit structured weekly output reports every Friday without being prompted.

  • Flag blockers, missing assets, or unclear direction early and proactively.

  • Increase speed, efficiency, and ownership over time as familiarity with the brand grows.

  • Contribute optimization suggestions based on content performance and platform trends.

Expertise & Preferred Background

  • Proven experience executing social media content for brands (not just planning or ideation). APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED

  • Strong proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • Ability to self-manage workload and deliver consistently in a remote environment.

  • Clear written communication and disciplined reporting habits.

  • Comfortable receiving direct feedback and working within structured standards.

  • Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

  • Interest in travel, minimalism, or digital nomad lifestyles is preferred but not required.
