Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from international students seeking guidance on university applications and admissions processes
- Make strategic outbound calls to follow up on online form submissions from university webpages
- Conduct effective cold calling and engage with hot leads to convert prospects into enrolled students
- Provide patient, detailed explanations of application compliance policies and requirements
- Answer complex questions about admissions procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines
- Maintain professional, culturally sensitive communication with students from diverse backgrounds
- Follow up consistently on student inquiries and track application progress
- Collaborate with team members to meet conversion targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of customer support experience, preferably in education or service industries
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven ability to adapt communication styles to effectively support individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to explain complex policies and procedures clearly and compassionately
- Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems and customer management tools
- It helps if you have experience in higher education or admissions processes
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
