About This Role
This is a full-time remote outbound calling role supporting U.S.-based business financing operations, including Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and equipment financing. The primary focus of this position is high-volume outbound calling to business owners for qualification purposes, not closing.
This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in B2B finance or similar outbound environments who value clear communication, consistency, and professional conversations. Success in this role comes from maintaining control, handling objections calmly, and executing daily call targets with discipline.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Hit targets for high volume calls using provided dialers, tools, and lead lists

Engage business owners in brief, professional conversations focused on qualification rather than hard selling

Address objections clearly and professionally, including late-stage objections when prospects are hesitant to continue the call

Use a permission-based, conversational approach aligned with compliance and best practices

Ask structured qualifying questions and route qualified prospects appropriately

Maintain accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions in the CRM

Follow established workflows, compliance guidelines, and internal processes

Maintain consistent call quality and professionalism throughout high-volume dialing days
Required Experience & Skills

Prior outbound cold-calling experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), equipment financing, or similar B2B finance environments

Demonstrated ability to sustain high call volumes

Strong live objection-handling skills in real-time conversations

Clear spoken English and a professional phone presence

Experience using CRMs and outbound dialing tools
