• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

About the Role:
We're seeking a Data Analyst who is ready to make a powerful impact! In this role, you will lead critical data inputs that will be the basis of information reporting to managers used in analysis of key data. This role is a unique opportunity to grow within the team, helping with special projects and providing valuable insights that help drive decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting and financial information into
  accounting systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of transactional data, including invoices, invoice descriptions, and corresponding information.
• Maintain data governance and best practices in performing reconciliations and report outputs, including documentation, validation, and process controls.
• Support audit requests with data extracts, supporting schedules, and detailed transaction histories.
• Reconcile entered data against source systems and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and correct data errors, discrepancies, and missing information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and legal
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives that support business growth and scalability.

What We Look For:

• At least 2+ years of data experience, with a focus in financial services. Fintech, public accounting, or startup experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work and deliverables
• Experience with data organization and invoice management
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to write clear and concise accounting documentation.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a shared vision of excellence.
