Job Description:
You’ll be the communication backbone for a dynamic educational institution, ensuring every student and stakeholder receives prompt, professional responses. This role puts you at the center of daily operations where your attention to detail and customer service skills directly impact student success. You’ll work with clear procedures and comprehensive training while having the autonomy to grow beyond basic task completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple email inboxes with professional, customer-focused responses
- Handle administrative tasks following established guides and procedures
- Maintain high standards of written communication reflecting company values
- Support back-office operations using G Suite applications
- Perform data entry and basic spreadsheet management in Excel
- Coordinate between different departments and locations as needed
- Filter and prioritize communications to ensure urgent matters receive immediate attention
- Assist with student inquiries and administrative processes
- Support various administrative functions as the business grows
Requirements:
- Fluent written English communication skills (essential for student-facing communications)
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and helping others succeed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative beyond assigned tasks
- Basic familiarity with G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Comfortable with Excel for basic data management and reporting
- Baseline critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bonus if you have experience managing multiple locations, branches, or departments
