🚀 Role Overview:

The Company is hiring a second High-Ticket Appointment Setter to support our growing client demand. This is not a customer service role, and it is not a marketing role.

We are looking for a highly disciplined Outbound Phone Sniper—someone who lives on the dialer, executes with precision, and treats CRM hygiene as a non-negotiable standard.

Your mission is not just to book meetings, but to qualify leads, control the pipeline, and protect the closer’s calendar by following Company-proven protocols.

 

🎯 Role Mission:

  • Execute high-volume outbound calls (warm & cold) with consistency and focus

  • Qualify prospects rigorously and gatekeep the sales calendar

  • Maintain absolute discipline in CRM updates, tagging, and notes

  • Adapt communication style in real time based on the prospect’s personality

1. Phone Dominance (Hunter Mentality)

  • Comfortable spending most of the day on outbound calls

  • Resilient to rejection with strong emotional control

  • Ruthless with follow-ups and admin execution

2. CRM Discipline (Administrator Mindset)

  • Every call must be tagged, noted, and updated immediately

  • Zero tolerance for messy data

  • Fast, accurate, and process-driven

  • “Messy but fast” is not acceptable

3. Adaptive EQ (The Chameleon)

  • Strong active listening skills (not just script reading)

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Ability to instantly adjust tone:

  • Outbound Calling & Gatekeeping:

    Move leads through CRM stages with 100% accuracy

    Only qualified, high-intent prospects reach the closer
