Role Summary
The Senior Marketing and HubSpot Specialist is the strategic "marketing engine" of our agency. This role underpins our team of Sales and Service specialists, ensuring that marketing components—from lead generation to technical CMS builds—are executed with precision.
You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel initiatives, managing end-to-end website projects across both HubSpot and external CMS platforms, and acting as a subject matter expert during client demonstrations. The ideal candidate balances technical "hands-on" execution with the ability to report on ROI and showcase the power of the HubSpot Marketing Hub to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Marketing & HubSpot Showcasing

Feature Showcasing: Lead live demonstration sessions for clients, showcasing the full capabilities of HubSpot Marketing and Content Hubs.

Internal Growth: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, Social, Paid) to build our brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

Strategy & Scoping: Assist the Project Manager in scoping marketing tasks and estimating hours for client proposals to ensure project profitability and technical feasibility.
Client Campaign Execution (Omnichannel)

Paid Media Management: Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, ensuring real-time lead syncing and attribution within HubSpot.

Full-Funnel Alignment: Collaborate with Sales specialists to ensure seamless "Lead Handoff" processes, utilizing HubSpot automation and lead scoring.

Content & Creative: Create high-converting assets, including landing pages, email templates, and basic social media creative (static and short-form video).

SEO Strategy: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic growth and maintain website health.
Technical CMS & Website Development

Cross-Platform Builds: Lead the design and launch of websites across HubSpot Content Hub and external platforms, including WordPress and other major CMS/no-code builders (e.g., Squarespace, Wix, Shopify).

Technical Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixels, and HubSpot tracking codes.

Performance Optimization: Perform ongoing website updates and speed optimizations to maximize conversion rates across varied web environments.
Reporting & Account Management

ROI Reporting: Build custom HubSpot dashboards and "Deep Dive" reports that translate data into actionable business insights (CPL, CAC, and conversion trends).

Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing technical support and growth recommendations.

Training: Conduct client training sessions to ensure high adoption of HubSpot marketing tools.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Haves:

4–5+ years of digital marketing experience within an agency or fast-paced consultancy environment.

Expert HubSpot Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Marketing, Sales, and Content Hubs (Workflows, partitioning, custom properties, and reporting).

CMS Versatility: Proven experience building and managing professional websites on WordPress and at least one other major CMS platform.

Paid Media & SEO: Hands-on experience managing paid social/search budgets and executing SEO audits/improvements.

Communication: Strong ability to present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and "sell" the value of marketing automation.

Analytical Skills: High level of comfort with Google Analytics, GTM, and HubSpot data visualization.
Nice-to-Haves:

Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for rapid asset creation.
