Executive Assistant (Brand & Admin)

About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the leadership of the client. You will  act as the gatekeeper and coordinator, helping the founder stay focused on growth while you handle  the administrative and brand-related heavy lifting. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Inbox & Calendar Management: Filtering emails, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the  founder is prepared for their day. 
  • Digital Outreach: Managing basic email campaigns (Klaviyo) and assisting with social media  scheduling. 
  • Creative Support: Using Canva/Photoshop to create or edit product listings and social assets. • Research & Documentation: Conducting market research on food-tech trends and drafting  internal documents or SOPs. 
  • Project Tracking: Following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met on key  initiatives. 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience as an EA or Administrative Assistant. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills—nothing falls through the cracks. 
  • Creative flair: Comfortable using Canva to maintain brand aesthetics.
  • High-level English: Able to draft professional emails on behalf of the founder.
