About the Role
We are looking for a Shopify-savvy E-commerce & Operations Coordinator to manage the daily pulse of the client. You will be responsible for ensuring that our digital storefront is accurate, our inventory is tracked, and our customers receive world-class support.
Key Responsibilities
• Store Maintenance: Daily updates to Shopify, including adding products, managing collections, and troubleshooting app integrations.
• Fulfillment Oversight: Monitoring orders from checkout to delivery, ensuring no customer is left waiting.
• Inventory Control: Updating stock levels and alerting the team when raw materials or finished products are running low.
• Customer Support: Managing the support inbox and live chat with a focus on fast, empathetic problem-solving.
• Optimization: Tweaking product descriptions for SEO and ensuring the site is optimized for conversions.
Requirements
• 1–2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory workflows and order tracking.
• Clear, professional written English for customer interactions.
• Ability to pull sales data and organize it into a simple spreadsheet.
