  • Founder Support: Help business owners organize their financial data so they can make informed, data-driven decisions during their growth phases.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of solid accounting experience, preferably with US-based clients.

  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of US accounting practices and high proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero.

  • Communication: Ability to explain complex "textbook" accounting concepts in simple, accurate terms for a non-financial audience.

  • Mindset: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a willingness to share your expertise to help empower entrepreneurs.

  • Strategic Environment: Work alongside a collaborative, ethics-focused team with a clear path toward Mid-level and Senior Fractional CFO roles.

  • Professional Growth: Gain exposure to the startup ecosystem and fractional service models.

  • Flexibility: A remote, 10-hour/week schedule that provides a great professional balance with the potential for increased hours as the service line expands.
