Job Description:

 You’ll lead the complete digital transformation of a young construction company, taking their placeholder website and turning it into a professional showcase that reflects their growth and ambition. This is a high-impact, fast-paced project where you’ll work directly with leadership to bring their vision to life within an aggressive 2-week timeline. You’ll have the creative freedom to design a compelling user experience while maintaining existing content they’re proud of, and the opportunity to potentially expand into social media and broader digital marketing initiatives as the company scales.

 

Responsibilities:

• Complete website revamp and redesign on the Wix platform within a 2-week deadline
• Create a professional home page to replace the current temporary landing page
• Redesign and modernize the teams page while preserving existing portfolio and about us sections
• Collaborate directly with company leadership to gather requirements and incorporate real-time feedback
• Ensure seamless website launch and optimal user experience across all devices
• Handle additional digital-related tasks as assigned after successful website completion
• Maintain website for easy ongoing content management and updates
• Potentially expand role into social media platform development as company grows

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with Wix platform for website creation and management
• Strong UI/UX design skills for creating engaging, professional interfaces
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver quality results quickly
• Experience with website revamps, redesigns, and brand transformations
• Excellent communication skills for providing updates and incorporating feedback in real-time
• Bonus if you have experience in construction or B2B industries
• It helps if you have social media design or digital marketing experience for future expansion
