Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI-focused designer with exceptional visual design skills. You’ll be the creative force behind both client projects and the studio’s own brand development. This is a hands-on role with a focus on craft, aesthetics, and impact, rather than UX research or wireframing. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director to produce high-quality visual outputs that elevate client projects and the studio’s market presence.

Responsibilities

• Design polished, high-impact user interfaces for startups and enterprise clients, meeting Silicon Valley-level standards

• Create engaging social media content, marketing materials, and brand visuals to grow the studio’s presence

• Develop motion graphics and animated digital content across platforms

• Collaborate with the Creative Director on client projects that require exceptional attention to detail

• Produce visual designs that prioritize craft, modern aesthetics, and clarity over traditional UX wireframing

• Maintain brand consistency across client and studio deliverables

• Support business development through compelling visual content that attracts high-profile clients

• Adapt to evolving business needs, balancing client work with internal brand initiatives

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and craft

• Experience creating motion graphics and animation

• Proven ability to produce social media and digital marketing design assets

• Comfortable working in modern design workflows without relying on traditional UX research or wireframes

• Portfolio that showcases UI design excellence and visual impact

• Interest in both client work and internal brand/content creation

• Bonus: experience with tech startups or high-growth companies

• Comfortable working across Australian/Philippines timezone overlap
