Job Description

Responsibilities

• Upgrade, renovate, and maintain websites across multiple business platforms
• Perform website coding and technical development tasks using WordPress and other platforms
• Streamline website functionality to optimize user experience and performance
• Design and create engaging marketing materials and promotional content
• Execute targeted marketing outreach campaigns to drive business growth
• Provide creative input and innovative solutions for business improvement initiatives
• Manage web development projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate directly with business leadership to understand requirements and deliver results
• Adapt technical and creative approaches across different industry verticals

Requirements

• Proven experience in website development and coding
• Excellent with Excel sheets and digital skills
• Strong marketing design capabilities with a portfolio of marketing materials (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Experience executing marketing outreach campaigns and digital marketing strategies
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside conventional approaches
• Versatility to handle both technical development and creative marketing tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with travel industry practices preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of agricultural business concepts beneficial for expansion opportunities
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results
