Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours per week, approximately 2-3 hours daily); flexible schedule with ability to scale up as follower base grows

Client Overview: Support a growing filmmaker and content creator who’s building a powerful personal brand in the entertainment industry. You’ll be the voice behind the brand, helping convert social media interactions into high-ticket workshop enrollments and film rental revenue. This client values results and is looking for someone who understands social media funnels and conversion strategies.

Job Description: You’ll be the community engagement expert who turns social media interactions into business opportunities. Managing comments, DMs, and follower engagement across multiple platforms, you’ll implement proven funnels to convert casual viewers into paying customers. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to nurture social media audiences and has experience helping coaches or creators grow their revenue through strategic engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage authentically with comments across all social media posts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Manage and respond to direct messages and inquiries with focus on lead conversion
  • Implement and optimize social media funnels to convert engagement into workshop leads
  • Provide daily reports on engagement metrics, opportunities, and potential business leads
  • Monitor and engage with 3 posts per day across multiple platforms consistently
  • Identify and flag high-value business opportunities from social interactions
  • Maintain consistent brand voice in all customer interactions and community management
  • Scale engagement activities strategically as follower base and content volume grows

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and community engagement with measurable results
  • Proven track record of helping coaches or creators grow revenue through social media engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies
  • Experience managing engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to maintain consistent brand voice
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities from social interactions
  • Bonus if you have experience with high-ticket service businesses or coaching
  • It helps if you can show examples of taking clients from low engagement to significant follower and revenue growth
