We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Listing Assistant (Automotive Specialist) to transform inventory data into high-performing, SEO-optimized listings. This role focuses on accurate cataloging, competitive pricing strategies, and maintaining high listing quality for a leading auto parts e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to compare listings against competitors and adjust pricing dynamically to stay competitive while protecting margins

Input precise vehicle specifications (Year/Make/Model/Trim) into listing software to ensure fitment accuracy

Create templated, SEO-optimized descriptions to maximize visibility on eBay and Google search results

Accurately enter part numbers, interchange numbers, and condition notes to reduce returns and buyer confusion

Meet daily listing volume targets while maintaining a near-zero error rate

Stay updated on automotive trends and parts terminology to continuously improve listing quality
Requirements

Previous e-commerce listing experience, preferably on eBay or similar marketplaces

Basic understanding of car parts or a strong willingness to learn automotive terminology quickly

Excellent written and verbal English skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software quickly

Self-driven and able to work independently while consistently meeting daily KPIs
Side Note
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
