Our client is looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Support Professional to assist the Director and Associate Director with daily operations and recruitment activities. This role blends administrative tasks with direct involvement in permanent recruitment, offering a great opportunity to support a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Associate Director.
- Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and organize meetings.
- Screen candidates and prepare shortlists for review.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up communications.
- Maintain records and update candidate information in databases.
- Assist with documentation, compliance, and onboarding tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in personal assistant, administrative, or recruitment support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment systems is a plus
