Our client is currently seeking a Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to support high-volume, short-form content production across our platforms.

At this time, they are active on Instagram and have an established Facebook page, however their posting has not been consistent. The goal is to strengthen their social media presence, increase visibility, and elevate their brand across digital platforms through consistent, engaging, and mission-aligned content.

Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role. Please review carefully before moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create short-form social media content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook Reels,)

• Repurpose existing content into multiple posts

• Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice (educational, supportive, inclusive)

• Add hashtags, hooks, captions/subtitles, and calls-to-action

• Schedule and publish content consistently based on a content calendar

• Track basic analytics (reach, engagement) and provide weekly summaries

Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Strong English comprehension and writing skills

• Proven experience with short-form social media content

• Ability to provide portfolio links or examples of previous work

• Experience using at least one editing tool (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)

• Reliable communication and timely responses

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Drive 

• Willingness to follow brand guidelines, inclusive language standards, and content rules (no medical claims, respectful and professional tone)

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with healthcare, therapy, education, or nonprofit content

• Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive language

• Experience with paid ads 

• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts
