Data Entry Specialist - Product Listing & Research

Schedule:

  • Part-time (10 hours per week)

  • Flexible scheduling with deadline-based deliverables

Client Timezone: Pacific Time

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process 7-8 photos per item taken by on-site staff

  • Research and pull manufacturer product images online using barcode information

  • Label all photographed items with accurate product information

  • Add retail pricing data to product listings

  • Organize individual items into cohesive auction lots

  • Work within the company's online platform system using the provided login credentials

  • Meet production targets of 35-40 lots per hour

  • Complete assigned folders within specified deadlines (Monday noon for Thursday-Saturday work, Thursday noon for Tuesday-Wednesday work)

 

Requirements:

  • Strong internet research skills for finding product information and images

  • Attention to detail for accurate labeling and pricing

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable working with online platforms and data entry systems

  • Reliable internet connection for accessing company systems

  • Ability to meet productivity targets and deadlines

  • Flexibility to work during optimal time zones for deadline compliance

Scopes:

  • Part-time position requiring 10 hours per week

  • Process 500-1000 lots weekly (shared between 1-2 specialists)

  • Work with diverse product categories from major retailers

  • Flexible scheduling with specific deadline requirements

  • Fully remote position with access to the company's online platform
