Job Description:
You’ll be the frontline voice driving new business opportunities as part of a high-growth cold calling service that’s experiencing explosive demand. This isn’t just another SDR role – you’ll have the autonomy to build meaningful relationships across diverse client portfolios while working in a commission-friendly environment where your success directly translates to financial rewards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and priorities while maintaining the independence to execute your own prospecting strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outbound cold calling campaigns for assigned client accounts
- Generate qualified leads through strategic phone-based prospecting activities
- Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover business opportunities and pain points
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions, outcomes, and follow-up requirements
- Collaborate with client internal teams to ensure messaging alignment and campaign optimization
- Adapt communication style and approach based on different client industries and target markets
- Meet daily and weekly activity metrics while maintaining high-quality conversation standards
- Participate in regular strategy sessions to refine approach and share successful tactics
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in cold calling or sales development roles
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience navigating CRM systems and calling software platforms
- Comfortable creating and delivering video introductions and presentations
- Bonus if you have experience in B2B lead generation or agency environments
- It helps if you’re familiar with multiple communication platforms (Slack, Google Chat, WhatsApp)
