Job Description
You’ll serve as the essential right-hand support that keeps operations running smoothly while contributing to exciting growth initiatives. This isn’t just about managing calendars—you’ll be actively involved in research projects that shape new business directions, handle client communications that drive relationships forward, and fill critical operational gaps that allow leadership to focus on strategic priorities. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects for follow-up and relationship building
  • Research new business ventures including website analysis, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities
  • Investigate licensing requirements and assist with paperwork completion for business expansion initiatives
  • Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle file organization, document management, and CRM data entry
  • Serve as professional receptionist managing incoming client calls and inquiries
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed
  • Take detailed meeting minutes during business meetings and strategic sessions
  • Provide flexible personal assistant support to address evolving operational needs
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks that enable focus on growth priorities

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Customer service background with experience handling client interactions
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks including email management, calendar coordination, and file organization
  • Research capabilities with attention to detail and ability to synthesize information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Professional demeanor when representing the company to clients and stakeholders
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software and CRM systems
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting business development or expansion projects
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with independent work and taking initiative on research tasks
