Network Expansion Specialist

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm | Michigan Time 

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential assembly companies to join the network
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective network partners
  • Review and process applications from companies interested in joining
  • Conduct discovery work to find qualified assembly companies
  • Vet potential network partners through phone conversations
  • Send onboarding packages and documentation to new network members
  • Complete administrative tasks and note-taking for all interactions
  • Manage data entry and updates in CRM systems
  • Onboard new network partners into the company’s systems

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting or business development experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and relationship building
  • Experience with CRM software and data management
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct research and discovery work
  • Professional phone manner for business-to-business conversations
