About the Role

As a Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, integrated solutions across the organisation’s core platforms — with a major focus on Salesforce and NetSuite implementations.

This is not just a strategic role — it’s a hands-on delivery position. You’ll work directly with technical teams and business stakeholders to configure systems, drive integrations, solve complex problems, and ensure solutions are aligned to both immediate needs and long-term goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• End-to-End Solution Architecture – Design and deliver integrated technology solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on Salesforce and NetSuite ecosystems.

• Salesforce and NetSuite Implementation – Lead hands-on implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce and NetSuite platforms, including customisation, workflows, data migration, and third-party integrations.

• System Integration – Develop and implement integration solutions across cloud and on-prem systems using APIs, ETL tools, middleware, and event-driven patterns.

• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure solutions are user-centric and scalable.

• Technical Leadership – Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and technical teams; ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

• Continuous Improvement – Identify gaps and opportunities to optimise system performance, usability, and maintainability.

• Documentation & Governance – Maintain clear architecture documentation and support the development of data governance and security policies.

 

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Strong, hands-on experience implementing and integrating Salesforce and NetSuite solutions — this is a core requirement

• 5+ years of experience in software, systems, or solution architecture roles, ideally within complex, cloud-based environments

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions

• Proficiency with integration tools and technologies (e.g., REST APIs, Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft)

• Solid understanding of data models, workflows, and configuration within both Salesforce and NetSuite

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Background in programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) is a plus

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working independently and remotely, with a high degree of ownership and accountability

• Relevant Salesforce and/or NetSuite certifications are highly desirable
