Senior Social Media Paid Ads Specialist

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Total weekly hours: 40 hours 

 

Our client is seeking a senior-level paid media specialist to manage, optimize, and scale compliant digital advertising campaigns for multiple cannabis dispensary clients. This role requires deep expertise in Meta advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions that directly impact client growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns from strategy to execution

  • Write and refine high-performing ad copy using AI tools and strategic guidance

  • Own campaign optimization across multiple dispensary accounts, ensuring consistent performance improvements

  • Analyze KPIs, diagnose performance issues, and implement data-driven optimization strategies

  • Maintain strict compliance with advertising policies for cannabis-related businesses

  • Partner closely with internal teams via Slack and Asana to manage workflows and deadlines

  • Test, evaluate, and expand into TikTok advertising as a growth channel

  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on performance trends

 

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience managing paid social and digital advertising campaigns

  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and optimization frameworks

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and cross-platform strategy

  • Experience with TikTok Ads (or strong interest in learning)

  • Demonstrated success improving ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics

  • Ability to think strategically while executing with precision

  • Background in regulated or restricted advertising verticals is a strong advantage

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
