Job Description:
You’ll be the vital connection point for a meaningful business that truly serves the community. As the voice of this growing operation, you’ll ensure no opportunity is missed while helping expand services that provide essential housing solutions. This role offers the perfect blend of sales, customer service, and administrative support, with clear growth potential as the business scales.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls when the business owner is unavailable to capture every potential client opportunity
- Make proactive outbound calls to hospitals, agencies, and facilities to promote available services and generate leads
- Send marketing materials including flyers and brochures to potential referral sources
- Conduct intake conversations with prospective residents, explaining services, pricing, and requirements
- Send intake forms to qualified prospects and coordinate timely follow-up within 24 hours
- Type professional correspondence for clients including letters for government offices and social services
- Generate leads through strategic outreach to fill available capacity
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline operations
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in basic software applications and email
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to compose professional correspondence
- Outstanding verbal communication skills for phone-based interactions with diverse populations
- Professional demeanor when representing the business to external partners
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bonus if you have customer service or sales experience
