Position: Virtual Operations & Front Desk Coordinator
Schedule: Between 7AM - 6PM PST (8hrs a day with 1hr unpaid break)

Acting as the primary front line for incoming phone calls. Excellent spoken English is a strict requirement.

Managing QuickBooks Online billing and issuing project invoices.

Following up on outstanding invoices, including calling customers to collect overdue payments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficient in English both verbal and written

Proven experience in operations, administrative support, or front desk coordination, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.

Experience managing schedules, calendars, and communications across multiple teams or clients.

Familiarity with virtual office tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, team members, and vendors.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Detail-oriented with high accuracy in managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges proactively.

Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Reviewing incoming support requests and assigning tickets to the appropriate technicians.
