Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role connecting cutting-edge technology solutions with law enforcement leaders who need them most. This isn’t your typical appointment setting role – you’ll be working in a specialized niche, building relationships with high-level decision makers including sheriffs, chief deputies, and public information officers. You’ll own the entire outbound process from initial contact to scheduled demonstration, working with busy executives who are making decisions that impact their communities. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the public safety sector while building expertise in a specialized B2B market.

Responsibilities

  • Make strategic outbound calls to public safety agency leadership across the United States
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations via Google Meet for law enforcement decision makers
  • Navigate complex agency hierarchies and work effectively with administrative staff and assistants
  • Execute persistent follow-up sequences to convert initial interest into confirmed calendar commitments
  • Handle objections and scheduling challenges specific to government and public safety sectors
  • Coordinate multi-participant demonstrations when requested by agency teams
  • Ensure high show-up rates through effective confirmation and relationship-building processes
  • Maintain detailed records and integrate with client CRM and calendar systems

Requirements

  • Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions is a Must
  • Excellent phone presence with clear American English accent and professional demeanor
  • Understanding of regional communication styles across different US markets (North vs South)
  • Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and working with busy executive schedules
  • Law enforcement or public safety industry experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with law enforcement terminology, acronyms, and organizational structures
  • Experience working with government entities or decision makers a big pluss
  • It helps if you understand the unique challenges and priorities of public safety agencies
