**Job Description:**
You'll play a crucial role in modernizing healthcare communications by
mapping and coordinating telephony systems for medical practices
across the country. This position offers the unique opportunity to
work directly with healthcare providers and telephony vendors,
ensuring seamless integration of AI technology that transforms patient
experiences. You'll be instrumental in helping healthcare practices
upgrade their phone systems while gaining valuable experience in both
healthcare operations and telephony infrastructure.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manually call healthcare provider phone numbers to navigate and
document complete phone tree structures
- Create detailed diagrams and workflows mapping each provider's
telephony system architecture
- Coordinate directly with phone tree providers to establish AI
integration at the top of healthcare phone systems
- Maintain persistent follow-up with telephony vendors to ensure
timely and accurate system implementations
- Provide regular project updates to internal teams via Slack and
email communication channels
- Proactively flag technical issues, roadblocks, or delays during the
setup and coordination process
- Manage project timelines and ensure smooth coordination between
healthcare providers and telephony vendors
- Obtain and coordinate DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing numbers) and other
technical setup requirements

**Requirements:**
- Previous hands-on experience working with telephony systems
(RingCentral, similar platforms strongly preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to
juggle multiple provider setups
- Excellent phone communication skills and professional, confident
phone presence
- High attention to detail for accurately mapping complex,
multi-layered phone tree structures
- Persistent follow-up abilities and comfortable being assertive with
vendors to drive results
- Bonus if you have experience in healthcare environments or
understanding of medical practice workflows
- It helps if you've worked in call center environments and understand
telephony tricks and best practices
