Job Description: 

You’ll be the organizational backbone of a dynamic live-streaming commerce operation, ensuring seamless coordination between hosts, schedules, and online content. This hybrid role combines your administrative expertise with basic e-commerce management, giving you the opportunity to directly impact a fast-growing business that’s changing how people shop. You’ll work closely with live streaming hosts and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining their digital storefront.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule live streaming appearances for hosts across multiple retail store locations
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across all US time zones with 1-2 week advance planning
  • Upload and manage product images on the company’s WIX-based e-commerce website
  • Maintain accurate product listings with provided visual content to support sales activities
  • Ensure timely content uploads that align with live streaming schedules
  • Collaborate directly with hosts and internal team members on scheduling needs
  • Organize and plan host appearances to maximize operational efficiency
  • Support the growth of live streaming operations through reliable administrative coordination

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and administrative support
  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based platforms
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple US time zones
  • Administrative assistant or similar support role experience
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with WIX website platform
  • It helps if you have e-commerce or online retail experience
  • You bring reliability and can manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
