  • Monday-Friday , 8:30am to 5pm Florida time
  • With 30min unpaid break
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our Processing department. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, order processing, and purchase order management while ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
 
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers over the phone to assist with inquiries and order-related concerns.
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Send purchase orders to suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage and resolve order-related issues to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle order processing and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing purchase orders and resolving order concerns.
  • Experience in flooring or retail is a plus but not required.
  • Having an external monitor is preferred.
  • Had freight claims and freight billing discrepancy experience
  • Extra/second monitor ready
  • Better if candidate had freight claims and freight billing discrepancy experience
