Job Description
You’ll be a key player in building the future workforce of a fast-growing company during a critical scaling phase. Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate seamless hiring experiences across multiple departments
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and professional screening calls
  • Source qualified candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques
  • Support overall hiring initiatives and recruitment strategy development
  • Collaborate with co-founders and department heads on staffing needs
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
  • Ensure positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or talent acquisition roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct professional, engaging candidate interviews
  • Proficiency with sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Bonus if you have experience with high-volume recruiting or startup environments
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic work environments
